I just started my journey toward my Associate's Degree at Kankakee Community College, and I’m so excited for what’s ahead! From the very beginning, Karla Duran has been incredibly kind, supportive, and helpful. She’s made everything feel less overwhelming and has always been there to answer my questions and point me in the right direction.
I also want to give a big thank you to Dwayne Musick, my advisor, who has been amazing at explaining my classes and helping me understand my schedule. I truly appreciate both of them for their support and advice as I navigate this new chapter.

My advisor was so helpful. She helped with my schedule and plan for the next 2 years. She also helped to change the program I was in. After all that she was able to point me in the right direction for my financial aid and scholarship program. I am so very grateful to her for all her help!
